We ask that there are no pets.

Please be aware of items throughout the home. We have kids and understand things happen. If something is damaged or broken please plan to replace it or cover the cost of replacement. 

There are bright colored towels that can be used at the Rec Center. Please do not take the Gray home use towels. If a towel is damaged or misplaced please plan to replace it or cover the cost.

We pay to have the home professionally cleaned after each guest along with deep cleaning and carpet/floor cleaning on a regular basis. We cover the cost of this cleaning and just ask that you stay a minimum of two nights or plan to cover the cleaning cost for any satay of one night.
